The parcel consists of approximately 81-acres located at the intersection of Quinlan Park Road and RM 620 in Austin, Travis County, Texas. AUSTIN, TX

Located in the Four Points area of Austin at the Northwest corner of FM 620 and Wilson Parke Avenue, Trails at 620 is a mixed-use development with approximately 210,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, hospitality, and medical space on 71.49-acres. Texas Engineering Solutions was responsible for providing the overall civil engineering for this project, including site layout development, grading and drainage design, utility design and layout, and all applicable site development permitting through the City of Austin, Austin Water Utility, PEC, TxDOT, and Travis County.
