The Trails at 620 is a major retail project planned for northwest Austin. After being fortunate to serve as the Civil Engineer for the overall project, we are also involved as the Civil Engineer for two of the buildings located within Phase 1 of the retail development.

TES is responsible for providing the overall civil engineering for two of the restaurants in the project. This includes assistance with the building layout development, grading and drainage design, utility design and layout, and all applicable building development permitting through the City of Austin.

We are proud to announce an update on this project.  The first restaurant we worked on is now open...feel free to visit and enjoy the latest Flores Restaurant located in Austin.
